Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not been shipped out and custom products are not in production yet. Furthermore, cancellations can only be accepted if a reason is provided.

If a product you receive arrives damaged or something you ordered is missing, we will refund you for the damaged/missing product. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. If damaged goods arrived, we ask you to provide pictures as proof.
